Can I order now?
Not yet. The catalogue is visible for review, but checkout is locked until each exact product, variant, stock level, shipping quote and return route is verified.
Why do some products use illustrated images?
Those items still need approved final photography or physical samples. Illustrations are intentionally used so a placeholder can never be mistaken for the exact item that will arrive.
How will payment work?
Available products will use hosted Stripe Checkout. The server recalculates every price from the protected catalogue instead of trusting prices stored in the browser.
How will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment network with tracking where available. A product only becomes purchasable after its exact item, variant, quality and delivery details have been reviewed.
What is the returns period?
For most UK online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you want to cancel, then return the goods within the following 14 days. Product-specific legal exceptions may apply.
