SHIPPING
Checkout is currently limited to Great Britain and remains closed until every listed item has completed its product, stock, delivery and returns checks.
Costs and delivery estimates
The final shipping price and estimated delivery window will be calculated for the selected product, dispatch warehouse and destination before payment. We will not advertise free shipping or a fixed delivery time unless the live delivery quote supports it.
Split deliveries
Items may leave different fulfilment warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. Each available tracking reference will be supplied after dispatch.
Problems with a delivery
Contact support@sweatvault.co.uk with your order reference if tracking has not updated, a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
